The Chanel Boy Bag takes its structured, box-like silhouette from a masculine-inspired design language. This medium-size example is rendered in black velvet quilted in the house's chevron pattern, finished with antique gold-tone hardware from the 17A collection (2017).
The velvet flap is quilted in a chevron pattern with box-quilted borders and a chunky antique gold-tone chain-and-leather strap. It measures 24.9cm in width, 14.0cm in height and 7.6cm in depth (9.8" x 5.5" x 3"), with a strap drop of 50.8cm (20"), doubling to 30.5cm (12").
Pre-owned in mint to excellent condition, the bag retains its shape and structure. There is no plastic on the hardware, resulting in some hairline scratches; the exterior velvet shows some rubbing to the bottom corners and flattening to the pile throughout, with slight lightening to the fabric in places. The interior has some scratching to the leather, though the fabric itself is clean with minimal signs of wear. It comes with a Chanel dustbag, felt, COA card and retail UPC.
