The medium Dior Caro bag balances modernity with timeless elegance. Its supple black calfskin is worked with Cannage stitching, and the flap closes with a CD twist clasp in antique gold-finish metal, which takes its cue from the seal of a Christian Dior perfume bottle.
Inside, the lambskin lining holds a zip pocket and a slip pocket, and the back features the embossed 30 Montaigne signature and a pocket. The adjustable, detachable CD chain link strap, with a Christian Dior Paris military-inspired buckle, means the bag can be held by hand or worn on the shoulder or crossbody; two removable links with an X-shaped center notch allow the chain to be opened. The main composition is calfskin and lambskin.
For day or evening, the strap can be swapped for one of the House's wide embroidered straps. Made in Italy, it is supplied with a dust bag.
