1. Return Request Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, contact us at fairluxostore@gmail.com with your order number before shipping any item back.

2. Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and the FairLuxo Security Tag still attached and intact. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any dust bags and accessories received with the order. Returns that arrive without an intact Security Tag, show signs of use, or do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

3. How to Request a Return

Email fairluxostore@gmail.com within the return window, quoting your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation.

4. Standard Returns

For returns due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as FairLuxo cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. No administrative or restocking fee is applied to compliant standard returns.

5. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, arrives damaged, or is defective or not as described, contact fairluxostore@gmail.com as soon as possible. We may ask for photographs before authorising the return. In these cases, FairLuxo covers the applicable return shipping costs and, where relevant, any customs charges arising from the return.

6. Authenticity Guarantee

FairLuxo guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. If an item is proven not to be authentic, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact fairluxostore@gmail.com so we can resolve this for you.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval by email and issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.

8. International Returns and Customs Charges

Import duties and taxes on your original order are already included in the price for the countries listed on each product page. For standard international returns, any additional return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes or clearance charges generated by the return are the customer's responsibility. Where a return is due to an incorrect, damaged, defective or non-authentic item, FairLuxo covers the applicable charges.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original order for a refund once approved, and place a new order separately.
