Shipment Tracking

Once the order is has been dispatched, customers will receive an email from FAIRLUXO specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.

In the event of delays due to customs offices, customers will be directly notified by the courier and/or FAIRLUXO.
Shipment Insurance

FAIRLUXO shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to customers. Once the shipment reaches its destination, items are no longer insured.

Note: In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy or divergences of interpretation between the English version and any other language versions of this publication, the English language version shall prevail.
